The Law Cafe Episode 13 synopsis

According to the synopsis in Viu, “Song Hwa, who’s been working as an assemblyman’s secretary, confesses to Yu Ri that she’s been suffering from sexual harassment. Yu Ri offers to help, but Jung Ho isn’t too glad about it because it could hurt Yu Ri. It turns out Pyun Woong is involved with the assemblyman, so Jung Ho decides to step in and help both Yu Ri and Song Hwa.

The Law Cafe Episode 13 reaction and discussion

The beginning of the episode was something I was not expecting, but I guess in true Yuri fashion it should be expected.

She brought her lawyer mode to her relationship, which some may argue might make things too boring or even petty.

However, I think the deeper meaning of her actions is that she wants to be very clear about their needs and boundaries in their relationship.

It’s so funny that everyone – the law cafe team and lady neighbors – all know they’re in a relationship and are embarrassed by their PDA.

When they confront Yuri and Jung Ho about their relationship, it’s even funnier especially because they thought they were being discreet about their relationship.

In this episode, Yuri and Jung Ho work on a sexual harassment and violence case.

It’s awful when people with power abuse it and use it to cover up their misdeeds.

And they think they can get away with doing those misdeeds is what makes it worse.
